Samsung will not see a preview of iPad 3 and iPhone 5 - Yet another update on the event, Apple-Samsung . After talking about a possible agreement statement, as was the case between the Cupertino company, and Nokia , to end the legal dispute concerning the alleged violation of patents, emerging new documents which prove that the situation seems to have turned in favor of the bitten apple. Judge Lucy Koh fact has formally rejected the demands of the South Korean group, designed to see a preview of projects relating to equipment iPhone 5 and iPad 3 .
It is a measure not definitive, but for the moment is a victory for California-based company. The reason that led the court decision was the lack of valid reasons to support the request made by Samsung. In other words, there are sufficient grounds for future tablets and smartphones , product packaging and documentation that are shown before the official presentation to a competitor.
If Samsung had provided in support of its request sufficient reasons, the Court would agree, but this did not happen. In any case, Apple may his will to accept the request of the company, without the need for intervention by the justice.
Easy to imagine that the prototype iPad 3 and iPhone 5 will not come out any time soon by the Cupertino labs, at least not before the now "traditional" leak every year anticipate the announcement of the new device. The battle between the two companies, which are linked each other by a partnership for the supply of components, therefore, seems set to continue as well, so removing the possibility of an economic agreement that meets the needs of both parties.
