Apple patents multitouch, shaking competition - Apple has a long history of patents , many of which have never been translated into real objects. No wonder, therefore, that Cupertino has filed the registration of technology multitouch era prior to the iPhone , getting the full paternity. A patent, the third in the series recognized in these days, it is already doing shaking competition of tablets and smartphones.
The document, the number 7,966,578 and entitled "Portable Multifunction Device, method and graphical interfa
ce to transform the content displayed", has been pending for over 4 years and is now a reality. Cupertino wins therefore a serious competitive advantage in the market, because, as noted by U.S. experts , the registration would be so comprehensive as to include even the most remote changes on the multitouch features . All producers in recent years have included multi-touch gesture or systems, therefore, are now at risk of being mired in a lawsuit Apple license plate.
