Paris Air Show: The A380 runs an airport building and a private demonstration flight

No flight for the aircraft at Le Bourget flagship Airbus.The A380 superjumbo will not be demonstrations in the Paris Air Show which will open Monday , its right wing was damaged when it struck a building at the airport, Airbus announced on Sunday.

"For ground handling of Aitbus A380", part of the right wing "has touched a structure [a building] near the haulage road" Victor "at Le Bourget airport at 15h50," according to a statement from the manufacturer.

Second setback for EADS

The device has experienced an incident considered minor in relation to its engines.The unit arrived on Sunday afternoon shortly after 15h30en from Toulouse.It will be a passage in the sky at Le Bourget Monday for the inauguration by French President Nicolas Sarkozy, and should then remain on the ground during the show unless a technical solution is found.
