Apartment With a Panoramic View of Stockholm

Open, spacious, elegant, and quirky… This Stockholm Apartment pretty much combines all of our favorite Swedish design trends – a crisp white interior paired with warm parquet floors, subdued midcentury furnishings combined with colorful contemporary art and sculpture.

Lots of workable interior design inspiration to be found.

Geometry and texture play an important role by adding character to an otherwise minimalistic space. The geodesic Etch Shade by Tom Dixon echoes the perforated radiator grates in the kitchen, the geometric Themis mobile by Clara von Zweigbergk continues the subtle theme into the living room.

We love the smart mixing and matching of furniture styles. Dining chairs in distressed leather (Mart Stam) look neat paired with the high-gloss table. The in-kitchen breakfast bar creates the same type of visual drama with a whitewashed finish and cabriole legs contrasting against the molded chairs that surround it.

Let us know which part of the Stockholm Apartment inspires you the most, whether it’s the artwork, the colors, or even just the ambiance.
