Google has acknowledged the existence of a bug in the operation of the audio volume in the new Samsung Galaxy Nexus . Several users have complained about it a defect that leads to adjust the sound rise and fall suddenly. The Mountain View giant has specified that it is simply a software issue, not hardware, and therefore will be resolved through an update soon.

"We are aware of the existence of the audio problem and have developed a fix. We will update all the devices as soon as possible, "said it with an official Google .

The audio problems were identified shortly after the UK launch of the expected device, appreciated by critics and audiences, and involve mainly voice calls. They pass it from being completely mute the sound output to a disturbingly high. Some users noted that this defect occurs in particular when using a 2G connection on a specific band.

Fortunes were fear that it might be opposed to a hardware problem that force Google to withdraw devices sold. Some vendors have even frozen the sales of smartphones to better understand the situation. However, reassurance came from the direction that it is "just" a software malfunction. It is unclear when the update is aimed to fix released, but should not be missing much.
