Home Accessories and Furnishings from Argos

We’re always checking out Argos for quick design fixes – the website is fun to use, filled with so many little design goodies that the ideas just start flowing. Argos is great for quick interior design inspiration.

Never underestimate the power of a good search utility. You can sort by room, furniture/fixture type, collection name, etc. We like to click on the “sort by color” feature and, of course, check out the newest white designs. You can then sort the selection even further by type (we really like the super-modern table lamps) and price.

The lighting from Argos is fresh and fun, and the rest of their interior design collection follows the same contemporary aesthetic. That interior collection happens to be huge by the way, consisting of just about everything needed to furnish the home. Argos is one of the few places that you can buy a sturdy bed, and the perfect bedding set to go with it. They even have the kitchen sink. Imagine that!

Right now, of course, rugs have been on our minds. The weather is growing a little cooler and nothing warms a white interior design quite like an earthy, autumn-inspired rug. Click here for rugs if you are feeling a little inspired too.

Speaking of earthy, another reason to like Argos: We didn’t realize this until looking at a little company background, but Argos recently managed to recycle 91% percent of waste from their business operations. That’s big! It is not quite as green as buying used, but it’s a great way to feel good about buying new.

It is always difficult to find white furniture and accessories so we always appreciate these color-sorted mega-resources. Do you shop at Argos? Let us know what you think about the interior selection – we have to say we like the variety.
