Apple App Store will lose the brand? - Everyone wants to use the trademark App Store : Amazon , Microsoft, Nokia, HTC and other groups eager to exploit the nomenclature so popular, now known by almost everyone. And, in fact, could succeed in their goal because Apple could soon lose the ' exclusive .
The mutually opposing lawyer who sees Apple and Amazon for the use of the brand has undergone a small flap, albeit unofficially. But they are all App Store and Microsoft itself has repeatedly stressed in the past as Steve Jobs , Apple's CEO, has spoken of the virtual store of competition as other " app store ". A generic use of the term by those who currently holds the exclusive right to use it.
Apple would not be so far managed to prove in court that the use of the term App Store could be confusing, so the uniqueness of the trademark is at severe risk.
